Duration: Permanent position
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 plus commission
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting skilled professionals with leading organizations in the Life Sciences sector. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies for various roles within the Life Sciences industry, including but not limited to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and research institutions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative recruiting techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and job boards.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes, optimize candidate experiences, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in Life Sciences roles.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements affecting the Life Sciences sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment tools.
